Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings made through Serenity By SJS Holistic Therapies are automatically confirmed once submitted. Please ensure you have selected the correct date, time and service before completing your booking.
A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment. This fee secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable.
Payment for the full service amount is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card or bank transfer.
2. Consultation Requirements
Certain treatments require you to complete a consultation form with me before your appointment. The consultation time is free and will not impact on your treatment time.
You must disclose all relevant medical history, health conditions, medications, allergies and any other information that may affect your treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being refused or modified for your safety.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee, and be charged the full amount of the treatment.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment price and may be refused future bookings.
4. Refund Policy
I stand behind the quality of my services. Refunds for completed treatments will only be considered with valid proof of issues directly related to the service provided.
Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours so I can address the issue.
5. Client Conduct and Safety
I maintain a professional, respectful environment. Appropriate language and behaviour is required at all times during your visit.
Please inform me of any safety needs you have, including restricted mobility, accessibility requirements or other special considerations.
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if client behaviour is inappropriate, threatening or makes me feel unsafe.
6. Health and Safety
For your safety and the safety of others, you must not attend your appointment if you have any contagious illness or infection.
Some treatments may require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. You will be notified if this applies to your service.
7. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking and appointment management purposes.
I will not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Serenity By SJS Holistic Therapies.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available during the booking process.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
