Thank you for taking the time to look at my web page!

My name is Sarah, and I am based in the centre of the market town of Whitchurch Shropshire, where I also reside with my family.

Having lived in Whitchurch my whole life, I am so happy to now be owning my own little business here.

I worked in the health sector for 20 years including Whitchurch Hospital for several of those years, but I have always had a passion for alternative therapies, in particular therapeutic massage, and the mental and physical benefits it can have on a person, and wanted to help other people feel the same.

I strongly believe in providing treatments that help my clients feel good about themselves, relieve any mental or physical discomfort they may be in whilst promoting self-care.

I also integrate into my massage treatments, crystal healing & Reiki.

As well as being proficient in Meditation.

In addition to massage I offer 3 types of facials, including Luxury cleanse, Dermaplane & Microneedling.

Recently I've opened up a Japanese Head Spa Treatment, this luxury relaxing Treatment is suitable for all.

The products I use are all 100% natural and vegan friendly, as well as kind to our environment.

I only provide treatments that I truly believe in!

I am trained in several types of Massaging including: Indian Head, Swedish, Pre-blend Aromatherapy, Hot Stones etc

I tailor my massage to meet my clients wants & needs, Mentally & Physically, whether you are having trouble sleeping or you are athletic and need relief from muscle aches and pains I will be able to help you!

I am also trained in a number of facials, and offer them at an affordable price.
